This Privacy Policy applies to the United States.

How We Collect Information About You
When you visit the HW Associates website, we collect your IP address and standard web log information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our website.

If you register as a user, we collect the following types of information from you:

  • Financial information - the credit card number that you use to pay for services on www.HWAssociates.us.

To process business user payments, or to send payments to athlete users, we will share some information from time to time. As a registered user of HW Associates services, we will process credit card payments with your credit card and merchant service provider.

HW Associates will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties in the normal course of doing business and only shares your personal information with third parties as described in this policy.

Federal and state laws allow you to restrict the sharing of your personal information in certain instances. However, these laws also state that you cannot restrict other types of sharing. Because we have chosen to refrain from certain types of data sharing, the only type of sharing of your personal information that you may contact HW Associates staff and request restriction of sharing of your personal data. You can also control how we use your contact information to market our services to you in the Notifications Preferences section of your Profile.

How To Access or Change Your Personal Information
You can review your personal information and make any necessary changes, at any time by logging in to your account and changing your preferences in the My Profile page of the "My Account" tab. By registering as a member of HW Associates, you agree to allow the company to post your personal profile information on the HW Associates site, (excluding home address, phone number and email address) so that HW Associates registered users can communicate with each other within the parameters of the website.
